Chuck joined MSK in June of 2024 and is a key contributor to our construction administration, environmental remediation, and geotechnical engineering practice areas. He supports multiple projects including PFOA remediation, lead service line replacements, site work, waterline replacements, parking lot expansions, brownfield redevelopment, slope stabilization, skate park construction, athletic field reconstruction, culvert replacements, and multiple Vermont water system improvement projects. He enjoys utilizing rational, analytical approaches to solve problems and implement operational efficiencies as part of his role at MSK.

 

As a former Project Manager for large civil and environmental construction companies, Chuck brings a depth of experience in managing stormwater and sanitary sewer installations, sewer treatment plants, new water storage tank and pump station upgrades, athletic fields, bridge reconstruction, brownfield remediation, and emergency spill response. He has a strong history of developing and cultivating positive relationships through proactive management with staff, clients, vendors, and regulators including MassDEP, NYSDEC, and USEPA.

 

Chuck earned a bachelor’s & master’s degree in civil engineering (with a geotechnical concentration) from the University of Massachusetts and is a licensed PE in New York, Massachusetts, and Vermont. Outside of the office, Chuck enjoys camping, hiking and kayaking.
