Overview
Housing is a pressing economic development need. We champion housing projects, including projects with an affordable housing focus or component, and help put the financial puzzle pieces together to make projects come to life. We have provided survey services, site development engineering, regulatory assistance, and construction administration support on multiple multi-unit affordable housing projects in Vermont. We are always interested in working with housing clients on projects that address our region’s housing shortage, support workforce development, increase density, and provide more equitable access to goods and services in our centers of commerce and civic life.
