Jacob joined MSK in early 2024 initially as an intern in our Bennington location, where he assisted our office management team with administrative tasks and running local errands. Upon moving into his new role of Accounting Specialist, he now supports our operations and accounting teams with billing, accounts payable and receivable, processing and tracking vendor invoices and client payments, and payroll.
Prior to MSK he was a student at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, where he received his Business Administration degree with a focus on management, economics, leadership, and entrepreneurship. He has a rich past of experience in self-taught auto repair, where he enjoyed meeting people from all walks of life while buying and selling cars. A native Vermonter, he is involved in many local community efforts, including serving as a poll worker since 2020 for the Town of Shaftsbury, VT, where he assists the Town Clerk with check-ins, counting votes, and explaining the process to voters.
Jacob enjoys working at MSK because of the constant opportunity to learn something new every day. He especially appreciates the day-to-day shared knowledge we gain from easily talking and connecting with team members via our various methods of hybrid communication between offices and remote locations.
Outside of the office, he still loves working on cars, as well as making house improvements, hiking, hanging out with friends, reading comics, watching movies, and walking his dog Kevin.
