Jasmine joined our team in 2021 after gaining project management experience by serving in the US Navy and managing field surveys related to various types of land development projects. Originally, she was hired at MSK to for construction administrative work and her rich background with testing soils and concrete. Since joining us, she has worked on a diverse range of projects and has racked up a wonderful reputation for observation wherever she is needed. You can frequently see her on any given street or municipal space around the Town of Bennington, supporting Eamon and the survey team with completing ALTA boundary, layout, topographic, and existing conditions surveys for a variety of private, municipal, environmental and institutional clients. She also currently leads our lead service line replacement survey team in identifying locations of existing utilities, structures, and other site features for town wide water line replacements to rectify contaminated pipes.

The work ethic initially experienced in the military is reflected in her approach to survey work, a position which gives her the ability to be in all sorts of different environments. As a former United States Navy Ships Serviceman, she’s served as a 10K forklift and K-loader operator and explosives driver. As part of her deployment to the United Arab Emirates, she managed camp logistics and security duties, assisted in air cargo operations, and was in charge of training for her unit.

She considers herself lucky that MSK requires her to be in the field most days, as it fits well with her love for the outdoors. In her free time, Jasmine is learning about woodworking and has found a new love for the hobby. She also owns and operates a local farm where she cares for lambs, ducks, sheep, and chickens.
