A native of Southwestern Vermont, Katelyn joined MSK in 2024 and plays a key role supporting our operations, recruiting, marketing, HR, and a multitude of day-to-day activities to assist our various office locations. Prior to joining our team, she served for 7 years as the Associate Director of Alumni Relations at Bennington College, where she supported the Office of Institutional Advancement with creating and implementing strategies that successfully grew alumni engagement through campaigns and events. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL.
Katelyn was initially interested in working at MSK because she wanted to be involved with an organization that is committed to working in a collaborative environment that contributes to the growth of our community. She enjoys the variety of tasks across her vision, and that every day presents her with different inspirations and challenges as she learns about the civil engineering industry and our values at MSK.
Outside of the office, Katelyn enjoys spending time outdoors with her family.
