A geotechnical engineer-in-training, Kyle joined MSK in 2020 and has worked on a variety of geotechnical projects in both VT and CT. He has assisted with geotechnical investigations relating to both residential and commercial developments including leading subsurface investigations and drafting geotechnical engineering reports. Kyle has also assisted with investigations of slope stability to provide cost-effective solutions to address stability issues. Additionally, he has also been involved in several dam projects located in VT, NH, and CT for scopes of work including state required dam inspections and creation of emergency action plans.
Prior to joining MSK, Kyle spent 4 years at the Greater Boston office of a national engineering firm, where he developed expertise in geotechnical instrumentation and vibration monitoring to ensure soil stability and the structural integrity of features on and near construction sites. He has worked on projects involving rail, airports, buried utilities, stormwater infrastructure, and commercial buildings in diverse settings, from downtown Boston to small New England cities.
Kyle was recently recognized as a 2025 Southern Vermont Emerging Leader by the Southern Vermont Young Professionals and Shires Young Professionals. In his free time, Kyle likes to spend time in the outdoors, backcountry camping, and walking his dog.
