Peter joined MSK in 2023 as a technical advisor, providing internal consulting on technology and project management. With a background in database engineering and software development, he creates bespoke software solutions to address MSK’s specific operational and technological needs.
He has contributed to several key projects, including development of custom MS Office add-ins to streamline project proposals, an Azure-based web application for business modeling and forecasting, and an Airtable-based solution for managing water system inventories across Vermont. He also recently completed implementation of Autodesk Construction Cloud, enhancing collaboration and efficiency for remote work.
Peter holds a degree in Chinese from UMass Amherst, with additional studies at the Hopkins-Nanjing Center in China. His career spans professional services, healthcare, and education, including work with PwC in China and co-founding two startups. His distinctive background and adaptability to new technologies enable him to identify efficient technical solutions and implement appropriate systems that enhance MSK’s project management and operational capabilities.
Peter lives in Bennington, Vermont with his wife and three children. Outside of work he is active in school governance and teaches beginners at the local ski program.
