We place financing at the center of project development by identifying and helping clients capture funding sources early on, and have extensive experience with a variety of state and federal funding sources including DWSRF, CWSRF, and DEC. We develop phased capital improvement plans, assist with the application for state and federal funding sources, and identify other creative, effective funding arrangements. We have also assisted municipal clients with the financial management of construction escrow accounts, a service overseen by our Finance Director, who contributes her 15+ years of experience in accounting for institutions and businesses.
